Display Space & Setup

• Each exhibitor will have an approximately 10’ x 10’ pipe-and-drape booth.
• Provided equipment includes:
  • One (1) 6-foot table
  • Two (2) chairs
• Exhibitors may display materials, products, or banners as long as all items fit within the designated space.

Restrictions

• No gasoline-powered equipment or combustion engines are allowed in the tabletop display area.

Move-In & Move-Out Schedule

• Move-In: Tuesday, Feb. 10, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Show Hours: Wednesday, Feb. 11, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and Thursday, Feb. 12, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Move-Out: Thursday, Feb. 12, 12:00 PM
