Exhibitor Information
Display Space & Setup
- Each exhibitor will have an approximately 10’ x 10’ pipe-and-drape booth.
- Provided equipment includes:
- One (1) 6-foot table
- Two (2) chairs
- Exhibitors may display materials, products, or banners as long as all items fit within the designated space.
Restrictions
- No gasoline-powered equipment or combustion engines are allowed in the tabletop display area.
Move-In & Move-Out Schedule
- Move-In: Monday, April 27, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Show Hours: Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Move-Out: Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 12:00 PM
