Display Space & Setup

• Provided equipment includes:
  • One (1) 6-foot table
  • Two (2) chairs
• Exhibitors may display materials, products, or banners as long as all items fit within the designated space.

Restrictions

• Gasoline-powered equipment and combustion engines are not allowed in the tabletop display area.

Move-In & Move-Out Schedule

• Move-In: Tuesday, February 16, 2027, from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Show Hours: Wednesday, February 17, 2027, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and Thursday, February 18, 2027, 8:00 AM - 12:15 PM
• Move-Out: Thursday, February 18, 2027, 12:00 PM
