As a project manager, Brianna Gage oversees several subcontracted and prime paving projects for Texas Materials. Brianna manages the company's work at Samsung, one of their most demanding projects in years. In addition to project management, she oversees daily performance tracking and reports results to the team. Brianna has been in the asphalt industry since 2019. She started as a paving crew laborer and rapidly advanced through QC and into a project management role. Her knowledge, hard work, and ability to navigate our industry's dynamic personalities have given Brianna a great perspective on the challenges our people face in the field and the difficulties of transitioning into a management role.
