Stephanie Spies is the Assistant Operations Manager for East Texas Asphalt Co., Ltd. She is ready for anything as her responsibilities range from supervising, scheduling, negotiating contracts, TCEQ permitting, and sales, among other duties as needed. She is also an experienced plant operator and can operate any of ETA's four hot mix plants on any given day. A 26-year veteran of the asphalt pavement industry with a mind for hot mix plant and railyard operations, she has earned valuable perspective on this industry gained by working her way up from the front lines to the front office.
