Speaker Bio
Stephen, a native of West, Texas, is a 2004 graduate
of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He
started his career at TxDOT as a summer employee in the Waco District in 2000
and worked in the District Lab for three summers. He became a full-time
employee in the Bryan District as an engineering assistant in the Huntsville
Area Office following his graduation in 2004.
While working in the Bryan District Stephen held
various roles until November 2015 when Stephen was selected for the position as
the Waco District Materials & Pavement Engineer. In October 2017, Stephen took on the role as the Gatesville Area Engineer. In 2019, Stephen took on his most recent role as the Belton Area Engineer.
