Lime has been produced and successfully utilized in the highway and roadway construction industry in Texas for many decades. Lhoist and all producers make hydrated lime for Hot Mix Asphalt and both dry quicklime and lime slurry for roadway stabilization. This presentation will detail the different lime types used for different applications and will explain the types of lime slurry being produced for projects throughout Texas.
