The debrief meeting is an opportunity to optimize your team’s performance as the project progresses and to evaluate successes and challenges when the job concludes. This session will emphasize positive communication, what things you should discuss, and when/how often to hold a debrief meeting. (Hint: It’s at the end of every day and at the close of every project!)
