Debby Kennedy has served in management and engineering positions within the construction industry for more than 20 years. She began her career in Human Resources Management, where she oversaw employee relations and a variety of staffing issues including mediating disputes, directing disciplinary procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The skills and experiences acquired in HR helped Debby to transition into operational roles of increasing responsibility, starting as a Contract Administrator, Estimator, Assistant Job Engineer, Engineer, Assistant Plant Manager, and her current role position as Area Manager. Today, Debby assists in the management of plant operations with overall responsibilities for safety, maintenance, and for the environmentally-sound production of a quality product. A firm believer and witness to the value of professional development, she has facilitated the growth and advancement of numerous superintendents, foremen, and job engineers. Debby strives to ensure that customer expectations are met by providing quality products in a cost-effective, efficient, and safe manner.
