During this year's Membership Luncheon, TXAPA Executive Vice President Harold Mullen will deliver the State of the Association, including an overview of our current standing and achievements. President Glen Dvorak leads the proceedings as we honor outgoing Board Members and Committee Chairs and install our 2024 Board of Directors. He will then share our objectives for the upcoming year. We close with a presentation of the prestigious Eric Johnson Award honoring outstanding contributions to the Asphalt Pavement Industry.
