When and Where

Tuesday, February 14th, at the Golf Club at Champions Circle (3300 Championship Pkwy, Fort Worth, 76177). Check in starts at 8:30 AM and will close at 9:45 AM. Join us for hot coffee or a spicy Bloody Mary before a shotgun start at 10:00 AM.

Check-In Table

All golfers will check in on the Paddock to receive golf balls and a hat that the Associate Member Advisory Committee will distribute. We will sell mulligans for the TXAPA Scholarship Program, two for $20; mulligans cannot be used on contest holes.

Format

Four-person scramble and par is your friend. If you do not make your birdie putt, please pick up your ball and move to the next hole. No team can score more than par on any hole. Ladies will play from the red tees, and men will play from the white tees. You may move your ball one scorecard length.

Prizes

First place wins $400, second place wins $300, and third place wins $200. These winners will be determined from a drawing of 10 teams with the lowest score. There will also be special recognition for the team that places last. All prizes will be awarded at the Welcome Reception.

Hole Contest

There will be closest-to-the-pin contests on holes 6 and 17 and longest-drive contests on holes 2 and 14. Winners of each hole contest will receive $80.

Extortion Contest

This year, the extortion hole (Hole 12) contest is sponsored by Purple Wave Auction. For a $20 donation, you will get a shot at the pin, and by landing on the green, you will get an automatic par. If you get within the 30-foot circle on the green, you will get an automatic birdie, and your name will go into the hat for a chance to be selected as the winner of a Bushnell Range Finder. You must pay the $20 donation for your name to be eligible for the drawing. Each shot will be $20. You will get an automatic bogey if you do not hit the green. There will be no putts on this hole.

Tiger Drive Contest

Hole 9 will be the Tiger Drive contest sponsored by KLP Construction Supply. For a $100 donation, your team can advance to where Tiger Woods would have hit his tee shot from had he driven the ball for your team. Your team will proceed to the marker on the fairway, hitting your second shot. If you hit the green on your second shot, you will automatically receive an Eagle (3) for the hole. All teams participating will be entered to win a prize package donated by Arcosa Lightweight.
