Stacy is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas with almost 25 years of experience in the design & construction of flexible pavements. She received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Master of Engineering in civil engineering with a focus on geotechnical engineering from Texas A&M University. She started her career as a researcher at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute & went on to be the technical director for a large family-owned asphalt paver/producer. She is currently the President of HP2 Engineering and Testing, & her experience covers a wide variety of projects, including pavement forensics, pavement thickness and mix designs, stabilization designs, and the development of pavement recycling procedures and specifications.
