Glen Dvorak brings a wealth of experience in transportation project management, flexible pavement design, and construction leadership. His career began with nearly three decades at TxDOT, where he served as Project Engineer, Area Engineer, and Director of Construction for the Yoakum District. Glen focused on flexible pavements in rural areas during this time, gaining deep expertise in project oversight, engineering design, and public infrastructure management. Since 2014, Glen has worked with Hunter Industries as a Project Manager and Company Liaison, playing a key role in producing and placing hot mix asphalt (HMA). He also serves in multiple leadership roles within TXAPA and AGC, contributing to industry initiatives and advancing best practices in asphalt pavement quality, specifications, and construction. Glen’s ability to collaborate with industry partners, lead committees, and develop training content underscores his dedication to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
