With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Corey Schwarz serves as the Director of the Hot Mix Asphalt Center (HMAC), the training and certification program for the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association (TXAPA). In this capacity, Corey is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and managing the daily operations of the HMAC certification program, as well as leading a team of highly skilled professionals. His career includes roles at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), for a contractor, and with an engineering firm, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
