Jenny Li holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career with TxDOT as an engineer assistant in 2007 and became a registered professional engineer in September 2007. She is currently the Director of Pavement Asset Management Section overseeing the operations of Texas statewide pavement data collection, pavement management system, pavement design and analysis. She also serves as the TRB committee chair on pavement structural testing and evaluation (AKP40) and active TRB committee member on pavement condition evaluation (AKP10).
