Travis earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. In 2012, Travis joined TxDOT’s engineering staff within the Flexible Pavements Branch of the Construction Division. Travis is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and currently serves as the Flexible Pavements Section Director for the Materials and Tests Division.
