Reception and Awards: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• Format: Four-person scramble with a maximum score of par on any hole. If you miss your birdie putt, pick up your ball and move to the next hole. Ladies will play from the jade tees and men from the silver tees. You may move your ball up to one scorecard length.
• Prizes: First place wins $400, second place $300, and third place $200. Winners will be drawn from the ten teams with the lowest scores. The last-place team will also receive special recognition. All prizes will be awarded after the tournament in the Palo Duro Pavilion.

CONTESTS

• Hole Contest: There will be a closest-to-the-pin contest on holes 6 and 13 and a long drive contest on holes 1 and 10. The winners of each contest will receive $80.
• Extortion Contest: This year’s extortion hole (17) contest is sponsored by Purple Wave Auction. For a $20 donation per shot, you get a chance at the pin. Landing on the green gives you an automatic par, and landing within a 30-foot circle gives you an automatic birdie and enters you into a drawing for a Bushnell Wingman View. If you don’t hit the green, you get an automatic bogey. No putting is allowed on this hole.
• Tiger Drive Contest: Hole 5 features the Tiger Drive contest, sponsored by KLP Construction Supply. For a $100 donation, your team can advance to the spot where Tiger Woods' tee shot would land. From there, you’ll hit your second shot. If you reach the green on your second shot, you'll automatically score an Eagle (3) for the hole. All participating teams will be entered to win a prize package from KLP Construction Supply.
• The Great Putt-Off: Introducing “The Great Putt-Off” contest on the hole 13! With a $100 donation, your team earns an automatic birdie (2). Each team member will then putt from a predetermined spot, and the golfer who gets closest to the hole or sinks the putt wins a unique TXAPA-branded golf bag generously donated by Highway Data Systems USA. In the event of a tie, a "putt off" will occur on the putting green by the clubhouse.
