We are thrilled to announce plans to hold our 2021 TXAPA Membership Meeting in-person at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio, TX! Our Winter Classic Golf Tournament will take place Tuesday, January 19, followed by the meeting January 20-21. More details to come! Please register as soon as possible so we have all the information needed to make this meeting a safe, fun time for all!

Membership Meeting Safety Measures
- Our meeting space is adequate to seat only four persons at a 10-person table. Each table will be situated 6 feet apart. This will be the case any time we are gathered indoors.
- La Cantera has made hand sanitizer abundantly available in all meeting and public spaces.
- Currently, masks are required in all public spaces, including our contracted meeting space.
- The hotel will serve all food and beverage either as a plated meal or at a station with a server.
- TXAPA will provide PPE to all attendees including masks, hand sanitizer, wipes, and your choice of a green, yellow, or red lanyard indicating your interaction comfort level.
With these measures in place, we believe we will host a safe and productive meeting.
