| Equipment Management ... Best Maintenance Practices for On-Line Success | 3:15 PM - 5:00 PM | All equipment wears out. It is the nature of equipment, as it is run, to wear. The secret to keeping a plant online is to not only have spare parts and someone skilled at installing them, but to inspect your wear and identify fatiguing parts BEFORE they fail. This program identifies what needs to be inspected daily, weekly, quarterly and annually to "find and fix" plant components before they shut the plant down. A poster will be supplied as a simple tracking tool to help plant personnel stay on top of their game. |
